The rent is a prepayment which you have to pay in the previous month. How does this work? If you want to pay the rent for October, you have to pay the rent before the end of September. If you did not pay on time, Gruno Verhuur will send you a reminder. If you do not pay the rent after the reminder, you will receive an exhortation.
If you still did not reply to the exhortation, a collection agency will be hired. The costs of the agency will be for you. If this agency also did not receive any payments, Gruno Verhuur will start a legal proceeding. Besides this, a debt collector will visit your place and is allowed to claim all your personal belongings. After three months of the rent arrears, the rental agreement will be dissolved and you still have to pay all the extra costs.
