At Gruno Rentals, you can rent both independent and non-independent living spaces. A living space is independent when you have your own front door that can be locked from both inside and outside. You must also have your own toilet and kitchen, with a countertop, a water supply and drainage, and a connection point for a cooking appliance. Examples of independent living spaces are apartments and studios, provided they meet the aforementioned conditions.
In non-independent living spaces, you share the front door, kitchen, and/or toilet with your housemates. These include rooms and group houses (houses that we rent to groups, such as your student association or group of friends).
The advantage of an independent living space is that you may be eligible for housing allowance. However, there are some conditions attached to this, so make sure to read up in advance!
