Layout and facilities:
The room is located on the first floor at the rear of the building and has an area of approximately 13.84 m². There is enough space for a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and possibly a small sitting area. The bathroom is on the same floor and is shared with four housemates. The shared kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, combination oven-microwave, and induction cooktop.
Rent and deposit:
The basic rent is €530.81 per month. Service charges of €85 per month are added, covering gas, water, electricity, and internet. This brings the total monthly rent to €615.81. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. Please note that housing allowance (huurtoeslag) cannot be applied for this property.
Availability and rental period:
The room is available from December 1. The rental agreement is for an indefinite period.
Candidate profile:
We are looking for a student tenant. A parental or guardian guarantee is required upon renting.
